ListingSpark ships you a free Supra® lockbox allowing buyer’s agents to easily show your home. You can also show your home yourself if you would like.

The locbox will track anytime it is accessed by an agent and report that information in your ListingSpark account.

No, ListingSpark believes that you do NOT need to pay a seller’s agent a 3% commission to effectively sell your home. With ListingSpark you pay for only the plan you selected. There are no additional hidden fees or commissions.

With ListingSpark you have complete control over whether or not you decide to offer a buyer’s agent commissions. You also have the choice to offer a seller credit to the buyer and the buyer can choose to use that credit to cover their own closing costs and expenses, or the buyer can use that credit to pay their own agent’s commission.

With that said, it is very common for properties listed through the MLS to offer compensation to a buyer’s agent. By not offering a commission, you could limit the exposure or traffic to your home which could affect the sale.
